The People's Program with a host of other promoters that land you on the site for
the Peoples Program, beware, this is the
Internet Version of a very very old scam. If you are old enough, there used to be a
chain letter scam that went around for decades to send everyone on the list $1.00 each and then you send out a new list removing the person on the bottom of the list and putting your name a the top of the list. Then you waited to see if anyone sent you
money, and waited and waited. Nothing is sold at any time to anyone. Is it legal? It depends on how you set it up. Is it ethical? Is playing the lottery ethical? These types of ads show up in Business Opportunity Magazines all the time and each one has a slightly different twist.
If you could walk up to 100 rich people and ask them how they made their money, not one of them would ever tell you they made it through a chain letter of chain web site. It just does not work. People spend huge amounts of money on one or even two page ads hoping they will get enough people to pay for those ads and maybe even make a small profit. We have yet to see anyone run these ads for any extended length of time because they do not work. However, it's your money. Rating? 1 out of 10. Run in the other direction as fast as you can.
